Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

FlightBoard paid plans (Partnership and Club) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. The free Solo plan is never charged.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep full access until then, and your organization then reverts to the free Solo plan. We do not lock or delete your data on downgrade.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. However, we want you to be satisfied:

  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund it in full.
  • Recent first charge: if you contact us within 14 days of your first payment and haven’t made significant use of paid features, we will consider a full refund at our discretion.
  • Service failure: if a prolonged outage or defect prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Add-ons

Metered add-ons (additional aircraft, member packs) follow the same terms as the base subscription: cancel anytime, effective at period end, no prorated refund except for billing errors.

How to request a refund

Email support@flightboard.app from the account’s email address with your organization name and the charge in question. We respond within 2 business days.
