Features
Scheduling, aircraft, maintenance, flight logs, members, billing, and club finances. Each part is straightforward. They share the same aircraft, members, and flights, so a flight logged once shows up everywhere it should.
Scheduling
One schedule per aircraft. Book from your phone, move a reservation, or hand it off. The schedule knows which airplanes are grounded, so nobody plans a trip around one that cannot fly.
Set the club's reservation rules once. FlightBoard checks every booking against them, so the schedule stays fair without an officer policing it.
Flight logs
After the flight, the pilot enters tach or Hobbs out and in. FlightBoard updates the aircraft's total time, advances the maintenance counters, and computes the charge at that aircraft's rate.
Aircraft and maintenance
Each aircraft carries its own inspections, ADs, and reminders. Hours remaining come from logged flight time, so the number is current without anyone doing the math.

Billing and club finances
FlightBoard keeps the flight, the rate, the charge, the payment, and the member balance connected. Members see what they owe and why. The treasurer sees the whole club and can hand the accountant a clean export.
Partnerships get shared-expense tracking. Clubs get dues, balances, and statements. Online card payment is in the works.
