Frequently asked questions

What is FlightBoard?

A web platform for flying clubs, partnerships, and aircraft owner groups to manage scheduling, reservations, flight logging, maintenance, squawks, and members — in one place.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Solo is free forever — 1 aircraft and 1 member, with scheduling, squawks, maintenance, flight logs, and documents. No credit card required to start.

How much do paid plans cost?

Partnership is $12.99/month (1 aircraft, 4 members) and Club is $19.99/month (2 aircraft, unlimited members). Additional aircraft and member packs are available as add-ons.

How does the free trial work?

We can set up a 30-day trial of FlightBoard for your Partnership or Club. You get the normal features and limits of the plan you choose, with no credit card or payment information required. At the end of the trial you can continue with a paid plan or keep your account on the free plan — your data is not deleted. Request a free trial and we’ll get you set up.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

From Settings → Billing. New paid plans go through secure Stripe Checkout; existing subscriptions are managed (upgrade, downgrade, payment method, cancel) in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period — you keep access until then, and your club reverts to the free Solo plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is my data safe?

Your club’s data is isolated per organization and access-controlled. Files are stored privately and served via short-lived links. See our Privacy Policy.

Does FlightBoard replace official aviation records?

No. FlightBoard is a scheduling and recordkeeping tool — it does not replace FAA-required logbooks, maintenance records, or airworthiness determinations. See our Terms for the full aviation disclaimer.

How do I get help?
